This recipe is a hit every time I use it! You will be deemed a gourmet cook when you and your guests take the first bite.
1 ½ cup olive oil
¾ cup soy sauce
¼ cup Worcestershire sauce
2 T. dry mustard
2 ¼ t. salt
1/3 cup fresh lemon juice
1 T. pepper
½ cup wine vinegar
1 ½ t. dried parsley
6 cloves crushed garlic
Take the meat out of marinade and cook on a grill or roast in the oven, uncovered, at 350. Baste as necessary.
When using beef, pork or chicken, the meat can soak in the marinade as long as overnight. When using fish, do not marinade more than 3 hours.
This recipe may be cut in half for smaller quantities of meat.
